         — all the accessories and warranty related to these items (e.g. external hard disks, DVD drives, pen drives, docking stations, headsets, etc.).

      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         The tenderer shall propose one model for each of the reference configurations mentioned in Appendix 1, i.e. standard laptop, 2-in-1 (hybrid) laptop model, standard desktop, and standard monitor. Configurations mentioned in Appendix 1 are the minimum specifications. Details on each of the proposed models regarding used technology, performance and environmental impact shall be provided by the tenderers.

         The tenderer shall provide a price for each of the proposed reference configurations and its respective warranty as mentioned in Appendix 2.

         Although EMSA will predominantly purchase the reference configurations, tenderers are requested to provide a link to their online catalogue to facilitate the procuring of equipment outside the reference configurations.
